The weekend is almost here after a crazy week in the political
scene.
Deputy President William Ruto looks like a man under siege.
Ruto was back on the spotlight after the government played
judge, jury, and executioner in regards to his latest ‘political’
rallies.
The DP found himself in a tight corner after it was stated that
such rallies would now only be approved by the police.
The Jubilee official was forced to cancel his rally after chaos
erupted a week after the Murang’a drama.
This was the second ultimatum issued to the second in
command in a span of two weeks.
The new rule seems to depict that the former URP man’s
powers are slowly being stripped away by President Uhuru
Kenyatta.
This brings up the big question, does Ruto deserve such
disrespect from Uhuru?
